It's Haruhi, the insaney imaginative and hyperactive leader of the S.O.S Brigade, from the series 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya'!
One of my favourite animes, I started re-watching it again a few weeks ago, on my down time from university work. On one of these breaks, I decided to sketch Haruhi, hence this picture!
Used a 3B sketching pencil, and drawn in about half an hour from a reference picture (she moves around way too much to draw her from the episode).
