It's Batman. Nothing really to say (other than I need to draw a comic character that's not from Batman).
Not based on any particular Batman design, though the face was based on his (brief) apperance in 'Joker' (art by Lee Bermejo), which is probably one of my favourite comics.
Done in photoshop, in about an hour.
